Mark Jarvis
Senior Advisor - EMK Accelerate
Mark is a Senior Advisor, focusing on financial diligence, strategy and best practices related to EMK’s portfolio companies.
He has over 40 years’ experience in the broad finance arena ranging from asset-based finance, lease finance, venture capital and full banking services at MNB and Robert Flemings in London and Moscow. Subsequently and for 20 years’ he was a Partner in EY, the first 10 years leading the Transactions / Corporate Finance business in Russia and the CIS from Moscow and then leading the Far East Asia business from Hong Kong. His final 10 years at EY was based in London as Group CFO for the Global Transactions business around the world.
Mark chairs the Audit Committees of a number of British companies and an international start-up business in the EV Charging space.
He holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Manchester Metropolitan University.
Mark’s interests include architecture and philanthropic activities for a major UK dogs’ charity.
