Alastair Carter
Head of Group Finance
Alastair Carter is Head of Group Finance and based in the Jersey Office.
He brings 16+ years’ experience of working in finance, with over 11 years in offshore finance. Prior to joining EMK Capital in 2022 he worked at a Jersey fund administrator for 5 years providing governance, company secretarial and accounting services to a portfolio of private equity clients.
Alastair started his career working in the derivative broking arm of Société Générale before returning to Jersey to join the audit practice of PwC, where he successfully qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of Exeter.
Alastair enjoys spending time with his young son, cooking, and sailing.
