EMK acquires majority stake in WeAreProject

WeAreProject is an Italian value-added reseller (VAR) and managed service provider (MSP) operating across the full IT infrastructure stack, including hardware, infrastructure software, managed service, cloud and cybersecurity. The combination of VAR and MSP positions WeAreProject as a one-stop partner for Italian customers navigating digital transformation.

EMK invested in WeAreProject in November 2025 and will reinforce its market position in its core segments, continue expanding its service offering and enter new end-markets via both organic growth and a transformational buy-and-build strategy.
